When you are unable to use the THORN application properly, or are unable to log out to the login screen properly, you can use the 'Security Reset' to clear the current user's login status and force a reload of the application.

'Security Reset' does not affect your data, it simply forces a logout and is generally used to exit THORN in the event of an abnormal state that may occur.

You can trigger the Security Reset by using 'Command/Ctrl + Shift + R'.
