THORN supports setting fonts separately for the title (works for both article title and body title) and content.

You can set the primary font to the desired English font and then set the secondary font to the desired Chinese font, as shown in the image, to achieve the effect of setting separate fonts for English and Chinese.

If you can't find the newly installed font, just close THORN completely and reopen it.
